I wonder if, like me, you’re struggling at the moment. I wouldn’t be surprised if you are. Think of what’s been happening: We’ve experienced Covid lockdowns, we’ve experienced massive changes in society, we’re enduring a cost of living crisis, and that’s not to mention all the issues you’re dealing with in your own life and (if you’re a Christian) your church. So don’t worry if you have to admit that you’re struggling. Actually, it’s a very good thing to admit it; because when you admit it you can ask God to start doing something about it – at least, that’s been my experience.

Perhaps as you read this post you find yourself in need of emergency help. This page is designed to be a ‘One stop shop’ of resources which I hope may be of benefit. There are resources for the person enquiring about the Christian faith; for the Christian; for the pastor; and for the local church. I’m not in any way claiming this is a complete list – but perhaps it offers a starting point – a kind of ‘Spiritual first aid kit.’

I will add to this set of resources as time goes on.

To all who are weary and need rest.

To all who mourn and long for comfort.

To all who fail and desire strength.

To all who are at the end of themselves.

To all who sin and need a saviour:

Jesus opens wide his arms with a welcome: for he is the friend of sinners, the comforter of the weary, the healer of the broken hearted, the sick and the grieving.
